Florence, the founder of Flow Physio London, is a highly skilled physiotherapist with over 11 years’ experience in her field. Her extensive practice has been cultivated through diverse experiences in the NHS, the private healthcare sector and the sports industry.

Florence commenced her career in the NHS where she quickly ascended to the position of Specialist Musculoskeletal Clinician at renowned institutions such as the Royal London Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS trust. Florence then took her skills to the slopes where she worked at the exclusive ski resort in Verbier, Switzerland, before assuming the role of lead physiotherapist at a prominent Harley Street Clinic. Here, she adeptly handled intricate cases and managed high-profile individuals with complex conditions.

Over the course of her career, Florence has fostered strong partnerships with distinguished orthopaedic and sports medicine consultants, positioning herself as a trusted expert both in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Nick Naylor

Specialist MSK & Sports Physiotherapist

Nick is a highly specialised sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapist.
 
He has 10 years experience as a clinician and eight years in high performance sports. Most recently working full time with the Royal Ballet and previously in a variety of sports such as NFL with the the New York Giants and Jacksonville Jaguars to international Rugby with Argentina and the NZ All Black’s.
 
Outside of the clinic, he is an ultra distance runner and also enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and CrossFit.

Ruth Smith

Specialist MSK & Sports Physiotherapist

Ruth Smith is a highly experienced physiotherapist and clinical Pilates instructor with a career spanning over two decades, having attained her qualifications in 2002 from Kings College London. 
 
Ruth has undergone specialised training in clinical Pilates through the Australian Physio and Pilates Institute and Polestar, which includes proficiency in equipment Pilates and pre- and post-natal care.
 
Ruth’s journey into physiotherapy was inspired by her active involvement in elite sports during her teenage years. She further pursued her passion by working with the GB kayak team at training camps and international competitions. Throughout her extensive career, she has accumulated a wealth of experience, having worked in both the National Health Service (NHS) and private practice across various clinics and hospitals in London. 
 
This diverse background has enabled her to establish strong collaborative relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians, and pain specialists, all with the shared goal of enhancing patient outcomes. While Ruth is proficient in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, her particular expertise lies in addressing issues related to back, pelvic, and hip pain. Furthermore, she has a distinct clinical interest in bone health and osteoporosis, reflecting her commitment to comprehensive patient care. 
 
Ruth’s true passion lies in facilitating individuals’ improved mobility, freedom from pain, and the ability to engage in activities they love. As a sports enthusiast herself, she has personally participated in marathons, triathlons, skiing, kayaking, and presently finds enjoyment in hiking and indoor climbing.
